How camera tracking works
Place a camera-enabled device somewhere stable with your body in frame. A pose model estimates body landmarks to detect push-up cycles. Lighting, clothing, framing, and camera angle affect tracking; try Solo to check your setup first.
Your camera starts only when you choose a workout. Solo video is processed on your device. Multiplayer camera behavior is explained in the match flow.
